Fun

 

A Message from Noelyne...

Have you forgotten how to have fun?
Do you remember how effortlessly fun happened as a child?
When was the last time you laughed until your sides hurt?

Life can get very serious as an adult so much so that we forget how to have fun.

Fun is a vital part of life, giving you joy, cementing relationships, putting the sparkle back, boosting your immune system to keep you healthy.  So start to plan to have more fun and then watch it starting to happen all by itself.

Here's a few ideas to get you started:
  • Make a list of all the things you love to do for fun and then do at least one a day.
  • Play games - get out the board games, have a pillow fight, use the wii, charge up some water pistols and head for the garden.
  • Throw a party
  • Have a laugh - just start laughing and watch what happens, stock up on comedies and naughty foods
  • Go for it - Allow yourself to admit a secret desire and then fulfill it - hot air ballooning, spending a day in bed, take up karate, join an evening class, learn Spanish.....
