Food is your body's fuel, so make sure you are running on four star. Give your body the best food that you can afford and it will reward you with better performance.

- Eat 5 portions of Fruit and Veg every day - This sounds a lot however, can be incorporated into every diet. Try fruit with your cereals in the morning, a salad with lunch, and piles of veg for tea. Tinned and frozen are a good way of getting your quota as are fruit juices.
- Reduce sugar intake - Lose the cakes, biscuits, chocolate and additional sugar on food. When you eat plenty of fruit you will naturally get enough sugar and eventually your body will lose the craving.
