Vitality

A Message from Noelyne...

How much vitality do you have?  Do you have low levels of energy? Every little bug, cold, stomach upset whittles away at your body's store of vital energy.

How would you like to feel full of energy again?  It's possible to get your bounce back by following a few of these tips.

Eat super foods - rich in immune boosting vitamins and minerals.  Green, orange and yeloow vegetables provide a rich source of antioxidants.  Garlic and Propolis (a natural antibiotic) ward off infections to keep the body healthy.

Drink Aloe Vera gel first thing in the morning to kickstart your system.  It detoxes and is also an excellent source of all the essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids that the body needs.

Lack of sleep can zap your body of vital energy and lower the immune system so if you have trouble getting off the sleep then drink calming tea such as camomile before bedtime - if you don't like camomile try the ones with honey added.

Reduce your stress levels as this is another major culprit in depleting the body's natural defences.  Find time for an aromatherapy bath, with lavender or rosemary essential oils to ease away the day.  Alternatively try a massage with you partner.

Enjoy recharging those batteries.
