How many times have you had a strange feeling or a second sense about something only to brush it to one side as being silly?
How many times have you wished you had listened to that inner feeling?
This is what I refer to as intuition. An internal mechanism that aids your decision making. Children tend to be intiuitive as they have not yet suppressed the natural ability to sense something.
- I encourage you to allow that inner child to have it's say. Start to develop your intuition. You can do this by asking yourself questions and then listening to the answer.
- In my experience when it comes to your health you instinctively know what is best for you. Start to value this intuition, that gut feeling about what is best for you.
- Think positively and believe in yourself.
