Being kind is a positive force, making you happy through doing things for others. Remember you can also be knid to yourself.
- Do a kind thing for someone every day.
- Volunteer - it's one of the most rewarding feelings, knowing that you want to be there and are not getting paid.
- Give up the need to always be right, be kind instead.
- Book your needs into your busy schedule too, don't put the at the bottom of the list.
