Energy

A Message from Noelyne...

If you have low levels of energy then you will not be getting the most from life so raise your energy levels with these tips:

Watch what you eat
- Foods high in carbohydrate boost energy
- low blood sugar can cause daytime tiredness so keep some nuts and seeds availabel for a snack, avoid chocolate and sugar snacks
- Alcohol and cigarettes deplete your body's reserves of energy so have at least one alcohol free night each week.
- Take a natural health supplement such as Aloe Vera Gel drink
