De-Stress

Stress is the enemy of Health and Well-being and can create illness.  Learn to manage your stress levels.

Top tips
  • Go for a soothing facial massage
  • Talk through your problems - confide in a friend, the person you are having problems with or a coach
  • Take some exercise, go for a walk in the park or a swim.
  • Use visualisation to take yourself to a place of calm.  Close your eyes and imagine lying on a deserted beach with the sun and gentle breeze and waves gently ebbing and flowing.
  • Use aromatherapy oils in your bath
  • Tune into some calming or joyful music, something that brings a smile to your face.
