Did you have too much chocolate at the weekend? And maybe too much pink champagne? Do you feel guilty now? Do you wish you hadn't? Well hey stop beating yourself up. You can't change what you did and if you really feel that strongly then don't do it next time. But you know it's OK to overindulge now and again. So enjoy those delightful moments and dont spoil it now by regretting what you did.
