The Benefits of Physical Activity

For some people the thought of Physical Activity creates a negative response.  It's a challenge that you would prefer not to overcome.  So here's a few reasons to motivate you to take some physical activity:

  • Breast cancer by 30-40%
  • Osteoporosis and arthritis
  • Depression
  • Reduces risk of premature death by about 20-30% 
 Does it for me!  I'm off out for a walk right now.
