Warms Ups and Stretches

A Message from Noelyne...

At least three times a week I start my day with a stretch routine that I have been doing for the past 25 years.  I believe it's the reason I stay slim and trim.

Warming up gently is vital before doing any exercise to avoid muscles strains.  So always take time to stretch and warm up those muscles.  I'm going to be sharing my exact routines in my membership site which focuses on living a healthy and happy life using everything that's low cost or Free.
