Calm

A Message from Noelyne...

Feeling clam means giving yourself a chance to chill out, whether it;s a day spent pottering around at home or a five minute break at work.  Here are some quick tips to help you on your way.

  • two or three drops of lavender essential oil on a hanky
  • Close your eyes, breathe deeply and try to block out everything except your own breathing
  • Bach Rescue remedy under your tongue
  • Daydream
  • Have a therapeutic massage such as reflexology or Indian Head Massage
  • Put on some calming music
