Secrets of a Healthy Happy Life

Look after your insides and your outside will take care of itself.

This is all about what you eat and drink.  Eat a well balanced nutritious diet with plenty of water, tea or coffee and alcohol in moderation.

Listen to your body and only eat when you are hungry.  People who are a healthy weight tend to stop eating once they are full.  When their clothes get to tight they know they need to exercise more or eat less for a few days.  Say No to that chocolate bar or cream cake!

Reduce the amount of sugar you have in your diet and you will start to see the benefits soon.

Find out about how to cook and eat heathly food.

Cut out the convenience foods and takeaway meals and prepare your own meals.  It's good fun and creative, so let your creativity flow.
