How to find more time to feel Healthy.
I bet you would prepare healthy food and exercise more if you could only find more time? Maybe you believe that preparing heathly food is going to take longer and it's just easy to open a packet or box? It all boils down (no pun intended) to how much you want to take control of your health, well-being and happiness?
If you really really realy really want to then you will find time. To help with this here is a technique that I use to make the most of my time:
1. Every Sunday evening make alist of all the things you would like to achieve for the following week.
2. Prioritise into A - Must do, B - Should do, C - Could do - using any deadlines that you know of.
3. Get a blank piece of A4 paper and divide it into 7 columns lanscape, one for each day of the week.
4. Get your diary and enter everythin you have already agreed to do with times on the paper.
5. Identify other times when you are free.
6. Plan to do items off your list in order of priority
7. Each morning make a list of the things you would like to do and again prioritise into A, B and C.
8. Focus on the A's, when those are achieved move onto the B's.
Make sure planning your weekly meals and shopping for wholesome food is included.
Remember that if it's not important to you it won't be in your life.
