A Message from Noelyne....
I would really like to know what health problems you would like information on so that I can recommend a natural alternative for you, so please leave a comment with details of the sort of problems you would like to see covered here.
All of my suggestions are made to compliment conventional medicine. I would never recommend that you stop taking prescribed drugs without your GP's advice.
Over time though many of the alternative health treatments can help reduce dependency or the need for prescribed drugs.
All the best in health,
Noelyne Jones

Warms Ups and Stretches
A Message from Noelyne...
At least three times a week I start my day with a stretch routine that I have been doing for the past 25 years. I believe it's the reason I stay slim and trim.
Warming up gently is vital before doing any exercise to avoid muscles strains. So always take time to stretch and warm up those muscles. I'm going to be sharing my exact routines in my membership site which focuses on living a healthy and happy life using everything that's low cost or Free.
Watch out for announcements,

Going Skiing!
A Message from Noelyne...
I'm busy preparing for my skiing holiday today, last minute packing, buying bits and bobs before flying to Austria tomorrow. I am so excited. It's been three years since I skied so I am looking forward to it immensely. There's nothing like the prospect of a holiday to really boost your health and happiness levels. Plus it's motivated me to get fit again so I'm looking and feeling fantastic, even if I do say so myself!
I'll update you on my return.
Enjoy your week,
Noelyne Jones

How Love can Heal
A Mesage from Noelyne...
What do you think of this video by Dr Deepak Chopra on how love heals?
I've been a fan of Deepak ever since reading his book 'The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success'. I've also listened to him on stage with Dr Wayne Dyer. I like their approach to life.
With love from ,

How Not to Find Inner Peace
I saw the following in Natural Health magazine and thought I'd share it with you.
How Not To Find Inner Peace
1. Striving to be Perfect
Do you remind yourself at every occasion that you've got to get this perfectly right or you will never be approved of, loved or respected?
Noelyne says: "Who wants to be perfect anyway? What does perfect look like? I'm not sure there is such a thing so just do your best and chill out"
2. Comparing yourself to Others
By judging yourself and others you will get to feel smug or bad.
Noelyne says "If you know someone who is already successful at what you want to do then it's good to use them as a role model and mirror their behaviour so that you learn from them.
3. Making Happiness Conditional
Do you constantly tell yourself you'll be happier, thinner, richer or more successful when.....?
Noelyne says: "I agree that you are putting your happiness on hold if you think like this. Why wait to be happy when you can choose to be happy now!"
4. Trying to Prove that you're someone
By pretending to be someone that you're not, you are constantly suggesting to yourself that you're not good enoughas you are.
Noelyne says: "I agree again, just be yourself!"
5. Spending all of your time and energy trying to make someone else happy
Some of the time this is OK, but notice how much you focus on other people's lives - do you need to mind your own business?
Noelyne says: "It's good to do little things for other people however, you cannot control their happiness, that's up to them. Make sure you are happy first then the people in your life will automatically be happier anyway"
All the Best,
Noelyne

Be grateful!
If you develop an attitude of gratitude you will be guaranteed to feel happier. Yes it's that simple. Stop complaining about what's wrong in your life, stop focusing on what you haven't got or what you don't want. Start noticing all the wonderful things you do have and I can guarantee there are loads.
Just open your eyes and heart to the beauty of the Universe. When was the last time you took a moment to notice how lovely nature is? Even though it's the depths of Winter here in the UK you can still be amazed what's happening. If you have a garden look out and notice the birds, go and feed them.
Every morning start the day by being grateful for what you have and then just before you fall asleep at night be thankful for another day.
All the best,
Noelyne

Do Nothing!
When was the last time you stopped and did absolutely nothing? That long ago huh! The pressures of meeting the demands of work, family, life mean that you often don't find time for yourself. And you wonder why you keep getting colds and aches and pains...it's often down to the stress you put yourself under.
So book 15 minutes out of your diary and sit, lie down and do nothing. As you sit there notice the conversation you are having with yourself. Be it, "This is boring" or "15 minutes of do nothing? Are you insane? I'm far too busy" Notice your thoughts that's all. If you need to write them down.
Once you become aware of the thoughts now try to stop thinking and just BE!
Do this once a day for a week and see what a difference it makes.
Enjoy!
