How to Overcome Menopause - aching hips

I am so focused on helping others to overcome their health problems that I occasionally need a reminder to use one of my solutions on myself.  The other night I was in bed and decided to check Louise Hay's book 'You Can Heal Your Life' to see if I could come up with a solution for a friend who has a shoulder problem.

I located the appropriate section and found it interesting reading.  Time and time again what Louise has to say makes sense.  Now need to share my thoughts with my friend, who is fairly open to new ideas but cautious to say the least.

Anyway, while doing the research for my friend I thought I'd check hip and joint pain, as I have been waking up with aches for the last few mornings.  Very interesting reading and again it struck a chord with me about some of the changes that I am making in my life.  I also checked the menopause section.  I chose three different affirmations and said them out loud a few times.  I am happy to say that the following morning I was ache and pain free and have remained so.  This is powerful stuff.  Never ever underestimate the power of your mind to heal.
